- Drafted and reviewed employee handbooks and employer policy manuals, employment and non-compete contracts and severance agreements
- Counseled and represented employers in connection with claims or litigation involving compensation issues, difficult discharge situations, harassment and discrimination claims and non-compete enforcement
- Conducted investigations into harassment claims and grievance issues arising in the employment context and as lead counsel for a major state university

- Henson & Efron commenced litigation on behalf of and successfully settled a case for a minority shareholder who was frozen out of a closely held corporation's affairs, including being fired, removed from the board of directors, and denied a market for his shares.
