  • Drafted and reviewed employee handbooks and employer policy manuals, employment and non-compete contracts and severance agreements
  • Counseled and represented employers in connection with claims or litigation involving compensation issues, difficult discharge situations, harassment and discrimination claims and non-compete enforcement
  • Conducted investigations into harassment claims and grievance issues arising in the employment context and as lead counsel for a major state university
  • Appointed as special master by United States District Court to conduct a trial and issue a report in an employment discrimination case
