Practice Summary Lisa Spencer represents clients in all areas of family law, working with her clients through mediation and other alternative dispute resolution processes to successfully resolve issues, litigating only when resolution through means of settlement cannot be reached.
She represents clients in cases involving complex financial issues including business valuation, executive compensation valuation, and intellectual property. Lisa represents clients in spousal maintenance and child support cases, addressing clients’ short- and long-term financial needs. She helps families create effective parenting plans, specifically suited to each family, with an eye towards minimizing the effects of divorce on children.
