Practice Summary Suzanne M. Remington practices exclusively in the area of family law, including complex business valuation, property division, cash flow analysis relating to spousal maintenance and child support, and contested custody matters. She has appeared before the Minnesota Supreme Court and has extensive experience before the Minnesota Court of Appeals. Suzanne is a frequent presenter and trainer on topics such as financial early neutral evaluation, the new child support statutes, and effective marital dissolution practices. She is the co-founder of the Hennepin County Financial Early Neutral Evaluation Pilot Project and has been the co-chair since 2004, and was a child support magistrate presiding over expedited child support hearings. Suzanne has been recognized since 2001 as a Super Lawyer® and a member of the top five percent of Family Law attorneys in Minnesota, and has earned the recognitions as one of Minnesota’s Top 100 Women Attorneys and one of Minnesota’s Top 40 Family Law Super Lawyers®.
