Kelli Jordan has been a paralegal for 19 years. She began her career in Aberdeen, South Dakota where she worked in the legal areas of civil litigation (medical and legal malpractice) and criminal litigation. Notably, she was involved in a criminal case that received local and national media coverage.
Since moving to Minnesota in 1997, Kelli has worked primarily with attorneys in Family Law, specifically with cases of marital dissolution and child custody. She enjoys the daily one-on-one contact with clients. Kelli is routinely involved in cases with significant assets and income which requires her to assist clients in preparing marital standard of living budgets, answers and responses to discovery and non-marital property tracing. She assists the attorneys in drafting pleadings, trial preparation and mediation preparation.
