• Defended large chemical manufacturer whose product escaped at a manufacturing facility allegedly causing personal injury.
• Defended class action suit against a chemical distributor whose warehouse in a large metropolitan area burned to the ground, releasing allegedly toxic fumes over residential neighborhood (and successfully sued chemical distributors' two insurers for defense costs and coverage of the class action suit), significant issues involving Daubert, air dispersion modeling, and toxicology.
