Representative Experience
- Represented foreign holders of an international bond indenture with respect to trust and related proceedings in Minnesota state and federal courts, bringing both matters to a successful resolution
- Represented a franchise holder in a dispute with its former franchisor, successfully defeating the franchisor’s effort to obtain temporary injunctive relief, thereby assisting client in its efforts to resolve the disputes
- Served as co-liaison counsel in a national antitrust case venued in Minnesota federal court.
- Named as mediator, arbitrator and special master in state and federal courts in a wide variety of commercial and business disputes
- Retained as counsel to special committee of board of directors for a public company, successfully resolving a large, sensitive employment claim
- Lead attorney in numerous other significant legal disputes, on both plaintiff and defense sides, involving employment, contract, securities, real estate, antitrust and other commercial matters
