MINNESOTAN BROCK LESNAR SEEKS TO DESTROY AT THE TARGET CENTER

August 5, 2008, Minneapolis, MN – This Saturday, August 9th, former NCAA Wrestling Champion Brock Lesnar returns home to Minnesota to step into the Ultimate Fighting ring for the featured UFC 87: Seek and Destroy card at the Target Center. Lesnar will battle Heath Herring (28-13, 1 no contest), a mixed martial arts veteran dubbed “The Texas Crazy Horse.”

Lesnar started his career in mixed martial arts with his first match and victory in June of last year. He is best known for his accomplishments in World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) having won the 2000 NCAA wrestling championship, 2002 King of the Ring, 2003 Royal Rumble and three-time WWE Champion.

Lesnar has quite a resume at the young age of 31 and more attributes ahead as he becomes a household name in the increasingly popular world of Ultimate Fighting. But who are the brains behind the brawn?
