November 16, 2008, Minneapolis, MN – On November 15, 2008, Brock Lesnar defeated Randy Couture with a TKO in the second round, to become the Heavyweight Champion of the UFC.
Brock’s next opponent will most likely be the winner of the Frank Mir vs. Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira fight, which takes place December 27, 2008. That fight would crown the Unified Heavyweight Champion of the UFC.
