Henson & Efron Attorney Court J. Anderson Recovers Almost 100% of Client Damages

June 4, 2007, Minneapolis, MN – Court J. Anderson brought a proceeding against ABN AMRO on behalf of Ed Kivel and Lisa Mensing-Kivel alleging fraud, violations of the Equal Opportunity Credit Act (EEOC), Minnesota statutes, and related common law claims. Anderson successfully recovered the entirety of the damages caused to the Kivels as a result of the ABN AMRO's denial of their loan and recovered almost all of the attorneys' fees incurred by the Kivels in connection with their lawsuit against ABN AMRO.
