January 31, 2006, Minneapolis, MN – Within the past year, Henson & Efron conducted a survey with our clients to determine their overall levels of satisfaction with the firm. The following are highlights from the survey results:

• Referring Us to Others: 91% of respondents would recommend Henson & Efron to others.
  
  
• Length of Time as a Client: Nearly half (48%) of respondents have been a client of the firm for more than five years and 36% of respondents have been a client for more than 10 years, indicating that there is clearly a strong loyalty factor among clients.
  
  
• What Attracts Clients to the Firm: It’s clear we attract clients because of our relationships. 82% of the firm’s clients cite a relationship or a direct referral from another client or other professional as how the respondent first heard of the firm.
  
  
• What Our Clients Value Most: Honesty, expertise, results, integrity, and responsiveness summarize the top five most important characteristics sought after in working with an attorney. It is clear our clients value not just the general legal services we provide, but also the manner in which we deliver those services.
