Attorney Amy E. Papenhausen Joins Henson & Efron

January 3, 2008 Minneapolis, MN – Henson & Efron, P.A. is pleased to announce Amy Papenhausen has joined the firm as an Associate. Papenhausen will focus her practice in the areas of estate planning, business succession planning, charitable giving and planning, probate and trust administration, conservatorships and guardianships, and elder law.

Papenhausen received her Juris Doctor from William Mitchell College of Law. She is a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association, Elder Law Section and Probate and Trust Law Section, and the Hennepin County Bar Association. In 2002 and 2003 Papenhausen was named a Rising Star® by Minnesota Law and Politics magazine. She volunteers her time as a Coach for Special Olympics of Minnesota.
