Two Henson & Efron Partners Named Rising Stars

November 30, 2001, Minneapolis, MN – The law firm of Henson & Efron, P.A. is pleased to announce that partners Jennie Clarke, and Scott Neilson have been named 2002 Rising Stars by Minneapolis/St. Paul Magazine and Law and Politics Magazine.

Clarke practices in the areas of corporate/transactional law, mergers & acquisitions, and securities law.  She is a member of American Bar Association, the Minnesota State Bar Association (Women in the Legal Profession Committee), the Hennepin County Bar Association, and Minnesota Women Lawyers.  She received her Juris Doctor degree from New York University School of Law. 

Neilson practices in the areas of business, employment, and products liability litigation.  He is a member of the Defense Research Institute, the Hennepin County Bar Association (Civil Litigation Section), the Minnesota State Bar Association, the American Bar Association (Civil Litigation Section), and the Federal Bar Association.  He received his Juris Doctor degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Minnesota Law School.  Neilson was also selected as a Rising Star in 2001.
