Two Henson & Efron Lawyers Named Rising Stars

December 22, 2003, Minneapolis, MN – Henson & Efron, P.A., lawyers Scott A. Neilson and Brigitt M. Orfield have been named Rising Stars in the legal profession by Minnesota Law & Politics magazine. Minnesota Law & Politics names the top Minnesota lawyers who are 40 years old or younger or who have been practicing for 10 years or less.

Neilson practices in the areas of commercial litigation, employment law, products liability and toxic tort litigation, and shareholder and securities litigation. He received his J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Minnesota Law School and is a member of the Defense Research Institute, the Hennepin County Bar Association, the Minnesota State Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and the Federal Bar Association.

Orfield practices estate planning, probate, and trust administration, as well as tax law. She received her J.D., cum laude, from William Mitchell College of Law, is a member of the Douglas K. Amdahl Inn of Court, the Hennepin County Bar Association, the Minnesota State Bar Association, and the American Bar Association.
