February 16, 2006, Minneapolis, MN – Henson & Efron is pleased to announce its 2006 CPE seminar series for accountants. The series is being continued in response to high attendance at the firm’s 2005 seminar series and excellent ratings from attendees on the seminar evaluations.
The first seminar of the series, tentatively titled “The ABC’s Of Bankruptcy,” will be held in May at the Minnetonka Sheraton Hotel and in June at The Radisson in Roseville. Attorney Scott Hagel will present on the warning signs of a company in financial trouble. He will cover materials exploring debtor strategies, issues that surface when dealing with lenders, the basics of workouts, and matters that should be taken into consideration when a client contemplates bankruptcy.

The seminars will run monthly through October of 2006. Tentatively scheduled topics include issues involving minority shareholders and employment law.
