April 25, 2007, Minneapolis, MN – Henson & Efron, P.A. is pleased to announce its 2007 CPE seminar series for accountants. The firm's 2006 seminars earned excellent ratings and high attendance, and the full series will be continued this year. Once again this year, Henson & Efron is proud to partner with U.S. Bank to present the seminars.

The first seminars of the series will be held May 23rd at the Sheraton Minnetonka West and June 27th at The Radisson Hotel in Roseville. Attorneys Scott M. Hagel and Brian C. Stegeman will present on Advanced Choice of Entity. Highlights of the presentation include tax and non-tax issues.

Chair of the firm's Seminar Steering Committee Scott M.
