Lisa Spencer Joins Henson & Efron, P.A.

January 3, 2002, Minneapolis, MN – The law firm of Henson & Efron, P.A. is pleased to announce that Lisa Spencer has joined the firm as an associate, practicing in the areas of family law, commercial transactions, and alternative dispute resolution.

Spencer received her juris doctor degree, magna cum laude, from the William Mitchell College of Law. While in law school, she was the executive editor of the William Mitchell Law Review, received a Jurist Scholarship, and was the recipient of the Harry S. Sieben Award for academic excellence in federal law courses. She also received public service recognition from the Minnesota Justice Foundation.

Spencer's practice with Henson & Efron will focus on representing clients in all areas of family law with an emphasis on cases involving business valuation and significant assets or income.
