November 13, 2006, Minneapolis, MN – Henson & Efron, P.A. is proud to recognize Stuart T. Williams has been appointed by the Minnesota Supreme Court to the Lawyers Professional Responsibility Board. The appointment is effective February 1, 2007.
The Lawyers Professional Responsibility Board consists of 23 lawyer and non-lawyer members who can serve up to two 3-year terms. The LPRB is responsible for oversight and administration of the Minnesota lawyer discipline system.
In addition to his practice with Henson & Efron, P.A., Williams has served seven years on the Hennepin County Bar Association’s Ethics Committee, the last two years as the Committee’s Vice Chair.
