- Helped a client consolidate the operations and work
force of three plants into a new facility in the span of nine months.
To facilitate this, Henson & Efron attorneys negotiated the
termination, on beneficial terms, of three large-scale industrial
facility leases, negotiated a new lease on a separate facility involving
substantial renovations and tenant improvements, and coordinated
of all these transactions to ensure an efficient and economic result
for the client. The integration of four essentially distinct transactions
into a common project provided significant benefit for the client.
